The present invention relates to a rice seed supply device of a household rice-polishing machine. The rice seed supply device in a special structure supplies unpolished rice seeds charged inside and has a tube-shaped heating pad inside. The rice seed supply device removes moisture contained in rice seeds by applying a predetermined temperature of heat to the rice seeds charged inside the rice seed supply device using the tube-shaped heating pad to prevent the rice seeds from easily rotting by the moisture and easily polish the rice seeds. Therefore, the rice seeds can be stored in a sanitary way for a long time, and a user can cook rice with maintained taste and nutrition by polishing the rice seeds whenever the rice is needed.
