The present invention relates to a TIG welder for welding a stainless steel plate to be a drum shape in order to manufacture a washing drum of a washing machine. The TIG welder can further freely set up a welding condition, such as monitoring of welding data, the height of torch, a speed, and the like and can improve productivity and weld quality by performing welding while a welding torch assembly rigidly and precisely fixed by a clamp in order to weld a horizontally moving washing drum. The TIG welder comprises: a cantilever beam (10) which is open on one side thereof; a clamp assembly (20) which is installed under the cantilever beam (10) and which fixes both ends of the drum (D) to be meshed; a locker (30) which is installed in the front end of the cantilever beam (10) and which prevents the clamp assembly (20) and the drum from being sagged in a welding process; a lift (40) which is installed under the cantilever beam (10) and which lifts the drum (D) to be meshed with the clamp assembly (20); a welding torch assembly (50) installed above the cantilever beam (10) to move forward and backward; and an operating box (60) for setting welding data monitoring and welding condition in a process of welding the drum (D) using the welding torch assembly (50). |
