PURPOSE: A prefabricated building structure using a half slab is provided to easily constructing a house, a parking lot, a water tank, and the like, thereby providing the excellent waterproofing, airtightness, and thermal insulation. CONSTITUTION: A prefabricated building structure using a half slab includes a plurality of exterior walls (10), a rectangular corner wall, a bottom concrete (34), a plurality of half slabs for ceiling (50), a half slab for distinguishing floors (60), and a topping concrete (70). The exterior wall includes a seating surface (16) on the upper surface thereof, a protrusion on one side thereof, and a fitting groove on the other side thereof. The corner walls are stood at the respect corners of stood exterior walls, and include a seating surface on the upper surface thereof, a protrusion on one side thereof, and a fitting groove on the other side thereof. The bottom concrete is poured on the top of the foundation concrete (30) on the construction side, and has one side surface portion at which rebars (32) are exposed. The end portions of the half slabs for the ceiling are integrally assembled on the seating surfaces of exterior walls and the seating surfaces of corner walls. A half slab for roof covers the half slab for ceiling, and the upper surface of exterior wall is integrally assembled at the end portion of edge. A half slab for distinguishing floors has an edge end portion that is integrally assembled on the inner surface of exterior walls. The topping concrete is poured on the upper side of the half slab for distinguishing floors, the half slab for ceiling, and the half slab for roof. |
