The present invention uses cemented carbide to increase corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the screw of a centrifuge. An existing brazing method for fixing cemented carbide to a screw body has weak corrosion resistance, thereby causing the separation of cemented carbide. To solve such a problem, a bolt-assembly method for cemented carbide and a base material is developed and all materials used herein are made of corrosion resistant compositions.
