The present invention relates to a control method for a backhoe loader and, more particularly, to a control method for a backhoe loader including a backhoe working device and a loader working device. The control method for a backhoe loader comprises as follows: a step of determining whether a backhoe working device has been manipulated; a step of setting the engine supply fuel amount to a first fuel amount when the manipulation of the backhoe working device is sensed; a step of determining whether a loader working device has been manipulated; and a step of setting the engine supply fuel amount to a second fuel amount when the manipulation of the loader working device is sensed. The first fuel amount is different from the second fuel amount. The control method for a backhoe loader operates an engine with the first fuel amount during the operation of the backhoe working device while operating the engine with the second fuel amount during the operation of the loader working device. Therefore, the control method for a backhoe loader can optimize the consumed fuel amount depending on a working device in order to significantly reduce the operating costs.
