The present invention relates to a composition for preventing hand sucking which contains a pepper tincture extracted from pepper (Capsicum annuum Linne or fruit of a mutant (Solanaceae) thereof) using a tincture formulation method. The composition of the present invention offers an excellent hand sucking prevention effect to infants and children between two to ten who have a hand sucking habit.
