<p>Mutual remote support between users is easily facilitated without user registration, which is a troublesome process. For user terminals between which remote support is performed, a user of a user terminal (150) can access an appropriate user terminal by merely selecting a support target device from an address book stored in the user terminal (150). Also, the user terminal (150) is able to check the status or to manipulate the setting of a user device to be accessed or another device communicably connected to the user terminal (150). Furthermore, when a necessary application is not installed in a user terminal (10) with which the user terminal (150) communicates, information necessary for the installation is transmitted through communications means such as SMS.</p> |
