摘要 A sealing material is provided to show improved thermal stability and flowability, and to improve grain size and coefficient of heat expansion of a refractory filler powder, thereby preventing generation of slow leak. A sealing material comprises bismuth-based glass powder and refractory filler powder, wherein the refractory filler powder has an average particle diameter(D50) of 9-24 micrometers, a 90% particle diameter(D90) of 32-90 micrometers and a relative thermal expansion coefficient of -35 x 10^-7/deg.C to 15 x 10^-7/deg.C. In the sealing material, the bismuth-based glass powder comprises 67-90% of Bi2O3, 2-12% of B2O3, 0-5% of Al2O3, 1-20% of ZnO, 0-10% of BaO, 0-5% of CuO, 0-2% of Fe2O3, 0-5% of CeO2 and 0-5% of Sb2O3 based on the calculated mass of oxide, and the refractory filler powder comprises cordierite powder.
