Disclosed is a user terminal for preventing communication from being disconnected when an information-centric network is in hand-off. The user terminal includes a connection registration unit which connects and registers an access node, and a communication cutoff prevention unit which receives zone information including identification information of other access nodes which become a hand-off candidate target of the user terminal from the registered excess node and transmits the received zone information to an opposite communication device. The user terminal receives a message transmitted from the opposite communication device through one node among other access nodes of the hand-off candidate target. Therefore, the present invention prevents communication from being cut off.
