The present invention provides a modified acrylic polymer resin comprising 70-90 wt% of methyl methacrylate (MMA); 1-15 wt% of buthyl acrylate (BA); 5-15 wt% of liquid paraffin; and 0.5-3 wt% of a reaction accelerator and an ultra-rapid hardening polymer-based concrete repairing material using the same, thereby allowing strength development to be fast at low temperature, strength and durability to be enhanced, and speed properties and workability to be improved.
