The present invention relates to the division structure of a spherical polygon and a dimple arrangement, wherein all the dimples on the surface of a golf ball are arranged symmetrically, making mutual balance. More specifically, in the division structure of a spherical polygon, an equator is formed by a circle for dividing the spherical polygon into a northern hemisphere and a southern hemisphere with respect to a pole which is an arbitrary point on the surface of a sphere constituting the golf ball. Each region formed by segments for connecting positions which divides the equator by 60°, with the pole in the middle is divided into a spherical polygon having different lengths of edges and is symmetrical to another spherical polygon arranged in another adjacent region. In the arrangement of dimples on the divided spherical polygon, the dimples are divided into two equal parts by the segment for connecting positions which divides the equator by 60°with the pole in the middle or are arranged alternately from the equator to the pole while the dimples are not hung. |
