Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for transmitting uplink control information in a wireless communication system. The method of transmitting uplink control information in a wireless communication system by a terminal includes the steps of: receiving information on a primary cell (Pcell) and at least one secondary cell (Scell) for the terminal from a base station; and transmitting the uplink control information to the terminal through a specific Scell if mutually different time division duplex downlink/uplink (TDD DL/UL) configurations are set between the Pcell and the Scell, and the terminal transmits both of a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) and a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH).
