The present invention relates to a water spray plate for a shower head with multiple water spray holes formed thereon, which forms a water inducing groove which induces the flow of water to the outer surface of a water inlet unit of the water spray hole. According to the present invention, the water spray plate of the shower head can increase the injection pressure of water by forming the water inducing groove which induces the flow of water to the outer surface of the water inlet unit of the water spray hole in order to prevent a vortex from being generated by the rapid change of tilt of the water inlet unit. Also, the present invention enables wide spraying of water or combines water spraying when the water injection pressure is maintained to supply a rich stream of water, improves cleaning efficiency, and also enhances a water-saving effect, as a user does not feel the decrease of water supply even if the amount of water supply is decreased. |
