In various embodiments of the present disclosure, there is provided a method for communication channel distribution in a telecommunications frequency spectrum including: reserving, for a predetermined geographical location, at least one communication channel accessible at the predetermined geographical location for priority communication; and providing access to the at least one communication channel reserved for priority communication when a priority request criteria is satisfied.
