The present invention relates to a battery cell of a plate type structure where an anode, a cathode and an electrode assembly of a separator structure which is interposed between the anode and the cathode are formed in a battery case. The present invention provides a battery cell which includes electrode taps which protrude from the electrode assembly and are not coated with an electrode active material; an electrode tap stacked body having a structure where the electrode taps are stacked and combined; an electrode lead which comprises a first combination part which is combined with one among the upper surface and the lower surface of the electrode tap stacked body, a second combination part which is combined with the other surface of the electrode tap stacked body, and a main body which connects the first combination part to the second combination part and forms an external input/output terminal which is exposed to the outside of the battery cell; and an insulating film which is interposed between the battery case and the electrode lead.
