摘要 The present invention relates to a method for producing a human non-glycosylated vascular endothelial growth factor using yeast, and specifically, to a method for producing a human non-glycosylated vascular endothelial growth factor regarding a method of transforming a human vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) gene into a non-glycosylated form, and a method of producing protein which comprises: a step of connecting the VEGF gene to a regulation sequence active in yeast to be activated for producing a recombinant expression vector; a step of transforming a yeast host cell using the recombinant expression vector; a step of culturing the transformed yeast host cell; and a step of isolating and purifying target protein from the cultured product, wherein the vector includes sequence number 1.
