The present invention refers to a system for controlling an electronic autonomous lock for containing and releasing the key of a house contained into said lock, and a method for applying said control system, where the system includes an operation central unit for receiving, by SMS, requests from a plurality of users for interacting with a plurality of electronic autonomous locks in which inner portion is a plurality of keys of houses, this may allow the users to access one or a plurality of keys in a controlled manner by means of the information previously collected from the operation central unit, which is received from each of the electronic autonomous locks via SMS, in order to proceed the request of each user and allow, previous validation, the user to access one or various keys, or warn the user about the unavailability of said key in the electronic locks at the moment of the request. |
