The present invention refers to an epoxy varnishing device by immersion for electronic circuit boards, which is characterized in that it has a structure that defines an upper compartment with an access and at least a control panel in the sides of the front access; the inner portion of the device comprises at least a hydraulic actuator laterally arranged within the upper compartment with linear guides, where a couple of arms are fixed for transversally fastening a support structure where the integrated circuit boards are located to be impregnated with varnish; a lower compartment separated from the upper compartment has an intermediate panel which comprises at least a cavity where at least one varnish container is arranged for receiving the integrated circuit boards which are submerged for being impregnated with varnish; a pneumatic system for actuating said at least one actuator, which is supplied from a compressor having ancillary means for controlling the air compressibility using a fluid confined in the main charging cylinders which define an oil-air system and a system for supplying argon gas to said at least one varnish container for ensuring the fluidity of the varnish and avoiding the solidification thereof. |
