PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cleaning property of the entire flow passage, as well as cleaning property of an engagement part on a plug body side where liquid is likely to stagnate. SOLUTION: A lid 4 includes a lock member 29 provided to move forward/backward in a substantially horizontal longitudinal direction, and a biasing means 39 for biasing the lock member 29 in the locking direction. The locking member 29 has a contact inclined surface which is provided on the rear part, comes in contact with an unlocking inclined surface when an unlocking operation button 40 is pressed, and is inclined obliquely downward from the front side to the rear side for forward slide, and a locking part 5 to be locked to a locking recess 28 which is projected inwardly and provided on the front part. A lifting locking/unlocking operation button 40 is disposed on an upper part, the visibility is high, and the cleaning property is high since the lid 4 is fully opened.
