The disclosed driving device comprises a polyhedral external case; an OIS carrier mounted in the external case; a lens system guided along an optical axis in the OIS carrier; an AF driving unit arranged parallel to a first surface of the external case and moving the lens system; a first OIS driving unit arranged parallel to a second surface of the external case with the lens system as center, wherein the second surface of the external case in which the AF driving unit is disposed is the other side; and a second OIS driving unit arranged parallel to a third surface between the first OIS driving unit and the AF driving unit.
