The present invention relates to a heating mat using a hot water boiler. Provided is the heating mat using a hot water boiler preventing noise which comprises: a water heating unit discharging water introduced thereinto; a storage tank unit which forms a space for accommodating water and which stores hot water discharged from the water heating unit; a hot water mat unit which introduces hot water stored in the storage tank unit and which circulates the water therein; and a check valve unit which is located in at least one pipe duct formed so that the hot water discharged from the water heating unit moves to the hot water mat unit through the storage tank unit and which is provided to move the hot water only in one direction. According to the present invention, the heating mat using a hot water boiler can rapidly circulate hot water even through water is not sufficiently boiled in the water heating unit as vapor pressure is generated by exposing the heater submersed in the water in the water heating unit.
