The present invention relates to an object drying apparatus comprising: a body frame forming a space therein; a plurality of piling frames which are installed in the body frame and which support objects; and a heating unit of which at least part is installed in the body frame to heat the objects. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the drying apparatus and the drying method can uniformly and rapidly dry the objects even in a small space by heating the objects vertically piled up in the body frame, and also can dry the objects while a heating source moves upward by performing the preheating drying work on the piled objects. Therefore, the drying apparatus and the drying method can reduce the amount of gas and reduce costs because the objects are dried well with less gas supply. The body frame is opened on one side thereof so that the objects are exposed to outside, thereby further rapidly and drying the objects. |
