Provided are a rotary pile for having a multistage grouting consolidation layer and a method for constructing the same capable of improving end bearing capacity by infiltrating and consolidating a grout material to the relaxed ground of the end of a pile. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the rotary pile for having a multistage grouting consolidation layer comprises: a plurality of steel pipes which have the same diameter and are inserted into the ground by being mutually connected in the lengthwise direction depending on the depth of insertion; at least one spiral blade provided on the outer circumferential surface of the lower side of a steel pipe; a grouting back flow preventing plate which has a grouting injection chamber by being inserted into the steel pipe and has a grouting inlet penetrating the center thereof; a grouting injection pipe which has a smaller outer diameter than the inner diameter of the steel pipe and is connected to the grouting inlet of the grouting back flow preventing plate by a screw by being inserted into the steel pipe; and at least one grouting discharging hole penetrating the steel pipe so that the grouting material injected through the grouting injection pipe is discharged to the outside of the steel pipe. |
