FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, in particular to endocrinology, and deals with method, which can be used in carrying out diagnostics of type 1 diabetes mellitus. For this purpose temperature of skin surface is registered in projection of tail part of pancreas in Mayo-Robson zone at the level of I-II lumbar vertebrae of left costovertebral angle and in symmetric zone in the right part of the body. Scanning is performed through regular holes in stencil, made from elastic fabric and put on front part of patient's trunk. By means of temperature probe with error, which does not exceed 0.001°C. Array of measured temperatures is presented in form of temperature field. Form and intensity of thermal image in tail part projection and in symmetric zone are compared and difference of thermal image intensity is determined and taken into account in the process of diagnostics of type 1 diabetes mellitus.EFFECT: method is easily reproducible, safe and harmless for patients.5 dwg, 1 ex |
