FIELD: instrument making.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of soft electric piezoceramic materials of wide application, designed for manufacturing of ultrasonic devices, which operate in the mode of reception, piezosensors of different purpose, which find application for control and precise positioning of process equipment in microelectronic production, for joining and tuning of optical fibres, in automatic adjustment and tuning of laser mirrors of interferometers, for control of the laser beam in different systems. The piezoceramic material contains the following components, wt %: PbO 62.90-64.08; ZrO18.96-20.10; TiO10.85-11.63; SrO 1.53-2.64; WO0.34-0.62; BiO1.01-1.86; NiO0.08-0.23; CdO 0.59-1.18; GeO0.2-1.0.EFFECT: reduced temperature of sintering of piezoceramic material below temperature of silver melting, which provides for possibilities of using silver for layer electrodes, higher electrophysical parameters compared to available analogues of materials of this class.1 ex, 1 tbl |
