FIELD: mining.SUBSTANCE: rolling boring bit comprises a body with a channel for a cleaning agent and a journal with a spherical end, on which by means of a lock bearing and a roller swinging bearing there is a mill installed with spherical surface responsive to the end of the journal and rock-breaking elements on crowns separated by sludge-removal slots. The mill is made with radial channels, in which there are detachable rock-breaking elements, tails of which are installed as capable of interaction with side surfaces of roller bearings. Detachable rock-breaking elements may be installed at the sharp angle to the radius of the mill. Some detachable rock-breaking elements may be installed on crowns of the mills, and some - in sludge-removal slots. Tails of detachable rock-breaking elements may be made in the form of cylinders or spheres.EFFECT: increased efficiency of bit operation.4 cl, 2 dwg |
