FIELD: testing equipment.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the method and equipment for impact-dynamic tests of cutting wire for tear under conditions that are close to conditions of usage of cutting wire according to the purpose. Substance: cutting wire is extended by means of point impact action in the direction perpendicular to direction of wire pulling, with specified values of impact load, force of wire tension and speed of wire pulling. The plant comprises feeding and receiving control drives with coils, rollers with grooves for wire, controllers of a tension force, guide rollers, a fixed pedestal with a sensor of impact force and an impact element with a control system and drives.EFFECT: possibility to assess capability of cutting wire to maintain contact with microinclusions in cut crystals, which is an important index of quality of used wire.11 cl, 3 dwg |
