FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to device for introduction and/or sampling fluids into oviduct of pig in laparoscopic way and method of introduction and/or sampling of fluids by means of claimed device. Device represents injection system, which contains rigid tubular case, introduced by means of laparoscopic trocar and making it possible to introduce flexible tube through it. Rigid tubular case and internal flexible tube are coaxial to each other. Internal flexible tube is connected with its proximal end to needle with chamfered end, located at 45 degree angle to oviduct. Distal end of flexible tube is connected to one or several cylinders, closed with one or several pistons, which slide inside cylinder(s) and ensures accurate introduction of small volumes of fluid.EFFECT: application of invention ensures successful introduction of small amount of sperm, embryos or therapeutic solutions inside oviduct for short time interval.9 cl, 3 dwg |
