One performs ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the extraction cake mixing with tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, black hot pepper, allspice and cloves, the mixture cooking and acetic acid addition to produce a sauce. Herring is cut, maintained in salt solution, mealed in wheat flour and fried in vegetable oil. The herring, garnish and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.EFFECT: method allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls. |
