In case of multi-level connection of the light-emitting element under the plane of the light-emitting element of the conductor in insulating layers, the light-emitting element is connected by a connecting metal coating through the insulating layers with the corresponding conductor on the insulating layers situated on two virtual non-crossing lines on which, for example, on the left-hand side, connection with the light-emitting element is carried out within the group of light-emitting elements, and on the right-hand side between neighbouring groups in areas without conductors in previous insulating layers.
