A device for double-sided frying meat in conditions of electroosmosis comprises upper movable and lower immovable frying surfaces, a two-position electronic thermoregulator. Electric current of particular voltage and frequency is delivered to the frying surfaces and maintained by a voltage reducer and a frequency converter, and axial pressure on meat is provided by particular weight of the upper frying surface.
