The present invention relates to a fluid simulation method with a smoothed particle hydrodynamics (SPH) method. The present invention relates to a 3D numerical analysis fluid simulation method using a web solution comprising a data inputting step for inputting the position information, the topography data, the intensity data of rainfall, the rain amount data, and the flow velocity data of a place where a member is positioned to a modulated platform by connecting a server; a simulation performing step for performing simulation by processing and calculating the data inputted to the server; a processing data calculating step for performing a simulation performing result and the data required by a member on the web and calculating the flow velocity data, a flow rate value, and the rain amount data; and an outputting step for outputting a report after reproducing the processing data or transforming the processing data into a flash file. The present invention is provided to perform the movement of the rainfall in real time by using volume rendering, thereby previously preventing natural disasters.
