The present invention relates to an apparatus for removing intravascular wastes, and relates to the apparatus for removing intravascular wastes for detecting a resonance frequency such as a unique vibration frequency of wastes using a frequency oscillator, and removing intravascular wastes with a excitation frequency having the detected resonance frequency. The apparatus for removing wastes within a blood vessel and a tissue surrounding a blood vessel comprises: a control part for controlling a frequency applied to a target; a frequency oscillator for generating a frequency selected in the control part; and a computation part for computing a relative amplitude ratio between the frequency generated by the frequency oscillator and the frequency reflected after reaching the target. The present invention removes wastes by detecting a resonance frequency such as a unique vibration frequency of wastes using the frequency oscillator, and applying the resonance frequency to a blood vessel and a tissue surrounding a blood vessel, and thereby, having an advantage of efficiently removing wastes within the blood vessel without applying a surgical treatment method that may induce serious side effects.
