The present invention relates to a plant cell type cosmetic sphere. The plant cell type cosmetic sphere of the present invention contains collection objects inside multiple spheres formed inside the cosmetic sphere for stably transferring the collection objects to the skin. Also, the multiple spheres inside the plant cell type cosmetic sphere has a very small size of 3μm or less, thereby having excellent dermal penetration power, and offering a superior skin improvement effect compared to regular emulsion particles.
