The entry has a side tilted plane (9) placed in a part of a side wall of a platform (3). A pair of operating devices (5) is placed between ends of operation arms (4) and a lateral wall (6). Levers of the operating devices are fixed by an end at the platform and by another end with the arms. The platform is equipped on an adjacent side with a vehicle of a multi-functional folding panel (12) used to go up on the platform and create a footbridge between the platform and a floor of the vehicle for preventing a wheel chair from moving along direction of the vehicle.
