The present invention relates to a helideck system comprising a base part for providing a plane for a helicopter to land in or take off; a fence part which rotates upwards around the edge of the base part, which is divided into multiple parts to have spaces between the adjacent parts, and which is composed of a safety fence; an actuation part connected to the fence part to push or pull the fence part to make the fence part horizontal to the base part or bent upwards from the base part according to expansion and contraction; and a sensor part formed on the base part to sense a helicopter landing in or taking off from the base part.
