The pocket has a main part (A) whose edges are provided with elastic elements (1) for holding an absorbing article. External edges of side brackets (B, C) are provided with elastic elements (2, 3). Ends (4-7) of the brackets are attached at the main part to form an anti-leakage barrier and to maintain the main part in a position based on anatomy of the user such that the elastic elements of the main part are automatically inserted in a groin during installation of the support element on a body of the user. The elastic elements of the main part are in permanent contact with a skin of thighs. The pocket is made of a fabric part. An independent claim is also included for an assembly comprising a pocket.
