<p>The device has a reversible lever (14) provided with a head (9) and a nozzle, where the head comprises recesses (10) for assembling and positioning of pawls (1) that are attached with return springs (2). The pawls are rotationally mounted in the recesses by axes (3). The pawls are come in bottom contact with the recesses to form a corner system. Each pawl is attached with springs, where the springs are conical, compression or torsion springs. A side of an opening of the head is lower or upper than the dimension on a side of a nut (4).</p> |
