<p>Process of cosmetic treatment of human keratin fibers, comprises: heating external surface of a piece of product solid at temperature >= 40[deg] C by directly contacting heater or keeping near a heater, the product comprising a compound or its mixture which providing a stringy property at heat of dmax >= 5 mm to the product, and heating the localized portion for mainly softening the outer surface; and applying the product thus softened on the fibers to be treated, preferably eyelashes. An independent claim is included for device for conditioning and applying a product (P) for application on human keratin fibers in the form of a solid piece, preferably a stick, comprising: piece of solid product having an external surface; and a heater (102) that can be contacted with the outer surface for heating the piece at a temperature >= 40[deg] C, mainly for softening the outer surface.</p> |
