A mixer comprises a housing with a heating system and with loading and unloading openings, in which mixing rotors are mounted. The housing further comprises a loading opening and consists of two compartments, side and end walls, and the mixing rotors are divided into driving and driven rotors and have a counter direction of rotation with a speed ratio different from the unity, wherein an unloading opening designed as a nozzle is located at an angle to the axes of cross section of the driven rotor and provided with a rotary sector with a limiter connected by a system of levers to a double drive.
