The present invention relates to an anticancer drug useful for drug resistance cancer cells and more specifically, to a composition which provides excellent destructive effect against cancer cells showing resistance to conventional anticancer drugs containing a compound separated from a Daphne genkwa extract. Especially, the composition of the present invention enables a user to overcome the anticancer drug resistance in cells which is resistant to a Gefitinib anticancer drug, and an epithelial growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitor. The composition has an anticancer effect against regular cancer cells and cells with the anticancer drug resistance, and is capable of being used as a pharmaceutically useful anticancer drug.
