The cover (CH) has a longitudinal opening (OL) defined by a preset part of a back side (BR) and for allowing passage of a loop bit (BB). A connection unit (MR) is coupled to the preset part and arranged so as to bring one of two facing portions of the preset part in order to define a front passage (PA) for the bit. The longitudinal opening and the connection unit are intended to be placed in a longitudinal slit (FL) of a trim package (G). The connection unit is arranged in shape of a section carried-out by molding in a plastic or synthetic.
