The device has two brackets connected with each other at lower ends by a movable joint (3). A locking pawl (16) and a safety button (13) are connected to one bracket by another movable joint (17). A horizontal connector (12) is provided at base of tabs (15a, 15b) of the bracket and utilized as a stop element with the locking pawl. A horizontal groove (6) is formed in a lower part of another bracket. The horizontal groove comprises an opening (5), which is adapted to receive a cap screw set for allowing hanging of a projector lamp. The device comprises Teflon (RTM: PTFE) rings.
