The invention relates to the field of chemical engineering and can be used in particular for production of pipes made of polymeric composite materials including fiberglass pipes by continuous winding method. The purpose of the invention is to improve the machine for production of pipes made of reinforced plastics, in which due to use of such components as a main drive of a mandrel shaft, which provides basic rate of descent of a finished pipe, a mechanism of stacking protective tape and its actuator, an actuator of the mechanism for movement of a manufactured pipe, a heater of binder and cross reinforcing material, length sensors of individual sections of the manufactured pipe and a sensor for length control of the finished pipe, a receiving trolley with roller conveyors and a rail track, use of autonomous gear-motors as drives of the mechanisms for stacking the protective tape, a transfer mechanism of a manufactured pipe and a stacker of the longitudinal reinforcing material, the implementation in the form of a single unit of polymerization chambers and their location at the end of the mandrel before the descent of the finished portion of the pipe from the mandrel thus achieving the reduction of the number of substandard products in relation to the finished product at the expense of the machine design with broader functionality. |
