METHOD FOR LOW INVASIVE TREATMENT OF SEVERE ACUTE PANCREATITIS

The method for the low invasive treatment of the severe acute pancreatitis comprises the sonography of pancreas and parapancreatic area, the puncture, the sanitization and the drainage of the detected pathologic fluid-containing focus in the left anatomic segment of pancreas. Under echoendoscopic control, the puncture is performed through the gastric wall with the sanitization and the drainage of the pathologic fluid-containing focus in the right anatomic segment of pancreas.
