The present invention relates to a device to machine holes close to each other on a vehicle body panel and, more specifically, to a device to machine holes close to each other on a vehicle body panel capable of machining some or all of two or more close holes formed on a panel. The present invention is developed in light when the holes close to each other are machined on the vehicle body panel or are machined in slightly different positions in spite of being the same vehicle type.
