The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manhole height adjustment apparatus, which comprises: a main frame (10); a rotary driver (20) that is connected to a rotary axis of the rotary center part of the main frame (10) to rotate the main frame (10); multiple rakes (30) that are located in the radial direction based on the rotary center part of the main frame (10) and extended to the location where a manhole cover (4) is installed facing the upper part of a road pavement material (2); and a cutting bit (40) that is included in the rake (30) to form a cutting gully (2CL) on the road pavement material around the manhole cover (4) according to the descending rotation of the main frame (10) and the rake (30).
