A radio-wave sensor relates to radio engineering, specifically to automation and signaling devices and can be used in particular in alarm systems and speed control for transport, as well as in self-maintained measurements and biochemical monitoring. The radio-wave sensor comprises a dielectric substrate with a metal screen on one side, on the other side - a rectangular microwave emitter, a transistor, oscillating system reactive elements, decoupling filters using lengths of micro-strip lines for transistor power supply circuits, a first short-circuiter and a disk dielectric cavity are located. Moreover it comprises a second rectangular microwave emitter, a length of micro-strip lines and two super-high-frequency mixer diode having signal allocation circuits. The technical result is decrease of internal noise and external electromagnetic pickup effect to data signal that allows one to increase sensitivity and therefore, to improve performance specifications and to extend capabilities of the radio-wave sensor. |
