The present invention provides a priming apparatus of a pump line which primes a pump (15) of a fluid supply pipe (10) and which comprises: an air pressure pipe (20) supplying high pressure air; an air ejector (30) installed on the air pressure pipe (20); a priming chamber (40) installed on the fluid supply pipe (10) and connected to the air ejector (30); and a controller (50) for controlling air exhaust according to the changes of water level in the priming chamber (40). Therefore, the priming apparatus is provided to transfer seawater even in a shipbuilding step when utilities are unavailable, and to allow a pump to be operated even when the pump has low pumping ability due to defects or aging of the structure and production processes of an oil or seawater supply line.
