<p>Disclosed are a vehicle multimedia terminal and method for reducing the touch deviations of a detachable monitor. According to the present invention, the touch calibration data is stored in an internal memory of the detachable monitor, and a head unit corrects a touch input using the touch calibration data stored in the detachable monitor.
